Installing the full version

1. Install Ghostscript (and optional Gsview)
2. Mount the Miktex_xxxxxx.iso image with DaemonTools Lite and run setup-2.9.4503.exe
3. Install TeXnicCenter
4. Start TeXnicCenter, set it to let MikTeX install InstallDir \ miktex \ bin (usually C: \ Program Files \ Miktex 2.9 \ miktex \ bin), PDF reader, etc.
