Switch interface language

The program can be installed multilingual. To change the interface language, in the program menu along the path "Edit-> Settings ...-> Language" (Edit-> Preferences ...-> Language), change the "Application Language" to "Select when the program starts (Choose at application startup). After that, restart the program and in the pop-up window select the desired interface language.
