Autodesk is pleased to announce the availability of TruComp 2019. This application is a software tool designed to manage the normally difficult and unwieldy process of ply compensation by providing a simpler and more streamlined User experience.
What's new in this release:
- Added splash screen at startup
- About dialog now supports rich text display
- Branding updates
- License updates
- Installation updates
About TruComp. The TruComp application is a software tool designed to manage the normally difficult and unwieldy process of ply compensation by providing a simpler and more streamlined User experience. Through the use of a modern GUI interface, the application manages all aspects of the process - from the initial import of data, through the creation of new compensation plies, and ultimately to the verification of the final production part.
Some feature highlights of the product include:
- Integrated, self-contained database storage system
- Guided, step-by-step processing of data
- Flexible authority system
- Strict enforcement of required file naming conventions
- Multi-User architecture
- Clean, simple GUI interface
- Automatic creation of new compensation plies
- Integrated ply nesting engine
- Complete event logging
- Automatic generation of all necessary output data, including ply cutter and laser projection machine code
